Desktop Dungeons - Short Roguelike where each session is only ~10 minutes. Also very hard, as all Roguelikes should be.
Cave Story - Action Platformer, considered one of the best freeware games ever.
La-Mulana - More action platformer. A deviously hard tribute to MSX-era games, especially Maze of Galious.
