edit: I think Card City Nights in 2014 might be my last 100%, but I'm not certain

I 100%'d the main campaign of DLC Quest, but it wasn't connected to Steam at the time, so there's no proof. :(

The last game where I got all achievements this was "Tulpa".

i've made 100% in Game of Thrones (The Telltale one) But it will only last until they release episode 6 xD

I suck at video games, I can barely finish them, so I don't even try to go for 100%. The only game where I have all achievements is LA Noire.

I have achieved 100%..in nothing, I played for fun got almost 100% in those games which I really liked..after realizing I got almost all of them I tried to achieve last ones..but they were really hard to get N I gave up..(tomb raider multiplayer achievement to achieve level 50, reset it 0 and play it again thrice..seemed waste of time..whole multiplayer business seemed off in that game tbh.)

I'm not good at 100% because I don't enjoy forcing myself to play something just for achievements... I do enjoy playing good/great games and achieving something by the way, and if that ends up being 100% then nice, but if not, I don't really care...

Haven't 100% cheeved any game yet. Almost 100% cheeved Savage Lands without actively going for it.

Thanks for the giveaways! I don't think its the most recent but the one i'm most proud of getting 100% of the achievements is Spelunky.

congrats, 100% is just a dream for me, i fail even at games that have just 1 achivement :c, Steam hates me.

I have only 100%-ed one game in my life, Harms way for the Xbox 360, because it is ridiculously easy to complete. I go for achievements in games, but not completing them because I suck to much to do that. I like the gamerscore system of Xbox because I can get a lot of points by playing lots of games, instead of being good at them. Steam like unlocking steam achievement, but I don't care about them like I do Xbox achievements.

I have many 100%

I simply play for fun, and when an achievement pops up, I think, "Hey, look at that!", but I don't actively pursue them, so I can't say that I've gotten 100% in anything. :P

I have 50/80 for Bioshock Infinite (the other 30 are part of the DLC which I don't own).

Freedom Fall was the last one I 100% then.
27 perfect games, and a bunch more where I only have 1 achievement left which I'll never be able to finish. And even more games where I have 1 achievement.

Last one I had completed all achievements: MIND Path to Thalamus. And I still have to come back to Hotline Miami and get that 2 or 3 achievements left. Actually playing Oniken in short sessions and liking it a lot! I will try to get 100% but it will be quite a challenge.

The last game I completed 100% was Northmark: Hour of the Wolf, but the achievements came naturally by playing through the story line, no need to grind.

I have achieved 100% in The Wolf Among Us, A Bird Story and To the Moon.

I... I don't think I ever managed to 100% a game. I don't have much patience so getting all the achievements is usually a real pain in the arse for me. :o/ I'm kinda ashamed now.
