Well, i understand how it can be confusing to a new member, so i will try to explain to the best of my ability:

Trains in this site is what you call a row of consecutive giveaways, if someone says they are doing a train, they mean they are doing a lot of giveaways (Or at least 2) which each links to each other in the description of the giveaway. If you press the link "Locomotive" on the post, you will be taken to the first one, then in the description of the GA (giveaway) is the next one, and so on and so on, hence the names, "train" for the accumulation of GA's and "cart" for each one.

Then, the link "Cart" takes you to a more recent cart, this is because this train is a continuing one, the creator, ozo2003, updates it regularly, so, you could go from "Locomotive" but to make it easier for you and skip a lot of already ended giveaways, ozo has linked to a cart closer to the end.

Once you reach the end of the train, at least in this one, you'll know it because of a broken "next" link which ozo leaves there as placeholder for future updates!
