I can only create 1 giveaway at a time?

Is it normal that I can only create 1 giveaway at a time? I thought it was 3. My feedback is one positive and zero negative.

Deleting giveaways is what caused your problem.

You lose a slot whenever a giveaway is deleted. You can get more of them by successfully completing giveaways. You could also submit a ticket to support and ask to have your lost slots restored, but if you do you had better have a good reason for your deleted giveaways. Also be prepared to wait 2+ weeks for a response.
