This is true but normally publishers don't care, it's most likely a conversion done with outdated exchange rates. They might notice and change it later, it has happened with some titles before, I'd probably buy it if it was a series I cared for.

You can't use VPN anymore tho, to change your country you need to use a national pay method, so the only way is giving your account to someone in that country, which is pretty risky
