Teasing aside, my real answer would be to sell a few more cards to get to 5.
Then, either buy a 4.99 game or try to trade for some bundle game(s) you want

In addition to cards for voting and clicking-through your discovery queue, you should be able to get a Team Fortress 2 case that's currently worth about 31 cents by logging in. I'm not sure if they drop daily or randomly, but I picked up one the first time, then another today. See this thread for additional information.

It may be a different item. I’m talking about the Winter 2017 Cosmetic Case - you may get other items that aren’t marketable, as well, like a gift box and stocking, but the case should be marketable.

Haha, since when is it not? JC3 is an absolute steal for 7.50.

I'd say go for it Ryryken.

Depends on your computer, performance-wise. Last I checked (and investigated the issue), performance issues are common with AMD GPUs while Nvidia ones have no problems. For example, you'll need 12GB+ RAM to make it run without crashes on AMD, and then you'll still have choppy framerate. Nvidia GPUs apparently do not have this issue.

Also if you play with kb+m you'll have a hell of a time if you want to reconfigure mapping, especially since you need to because by default the controls are completely fucked. That's unless the devs finally got a stick out of their asses and fixed it.

It's been a while since I looked into it, but I doubt anything was actually done since then to fix these issues. Is it a good game? Sure, it's pretty okay I suppose. It has its flaw and certainly didn't impress me all that much, but perhaps the whole performance issue is what turned me off and made it a bit hard to appreciate what the game had to offer.

Sleeping Dogs (AKA True Crime: Hong Kong) has a lot of quirks (including some of the buggyness that the series is known for), but it's a really fun game and, of all the GTA-style games, the one with the most setting personality and with the richest (or at least, least nonsensical) narrative (though the protagonist does somehow manage to be even more of an asshole than GTA ones are). It also has really fun racing side missions, despite that being something GTA-style games are typically rather poor at implementing. I would recommend using a controller for it, though, based off my own experiences.

If you're deciding between Sleeping Dogs and JC3, SD is the definite option to go with

If you have Google Play credit, This War of Mine is currently $1.49 on the Play Store.

If you don’t have Google Play credit, Google Opinion Rewards gives credit in return for answering survey questions about where you shop. If you don’t mind providing that kind of information, you’ll typically get about 10-15 cents for answering just a couple of questions, which adds up over time.

Some cheap games I'm picking up or have picked up:
FEZ ($.99)
Dishonored ($2.49)
Unreal Deal Pack (like 5 games for $4)
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic ($2.49, I really enjoyed it about 8 years back on Xbox)
Tales of Maj'Eyal ($2.37)
Shadowgate ($2.99, somewhat short unless you do multiple playthroughs)
Monolith ($4.95)
