Fine, speaking for myself, I personally wouldn't buy it just because GTA 5 is around corner.
On the other hand, reason to buy it can be: It is cheaper than GTA 5.

If you have no GTA and you have the money then the GTA complete pack is on sale - and for most folks there is plenty enough entertainment to be worth it at the price. If you can't afford the complete pack then maybe just get San Andreas.
