as vezes, fazendo insigneas na steam você ganha cartas ... estilo de eventos de natal, para fazer outras insigneas, alguem sabe quando voltará esse evento?

On steam sales, summer, winter I don't remember if Halloween sales had them

I'm guessing the winter event (around christmas time). There's probably going to be a Halloween sale but I don't recall it ever having a special badge.

Every Summer and Winter sale.
It's recommended to save up your cards for these sales for this reason. Even though the cards aren't worth that much anymore, they still go for roughly 10 cents or more, which is infinitely more value than the useless coupons you get normally.
