-$2.51

It had two separate discounts, and how do you check amazon credit anyways? o_o'' (I don't think I have any, but I'm not sure)

Probably only certain things, there were a lot of offers for starter packs for F2P games

I'm not sure if there is a way to see specifically what they are for, other than the courtesy email you should have been sent whenever you bought the product that gave you the promotions
