What's the trick to seeing English option? I only have chinese characters when i try to install.

That might have linked it via uplay login to region lock the uplay edition to English. Just an idea. Looks like 100% of everyone else has the chinese edition.

I haven't done it yet but I got the other 2 to work with geoproxy - load your local ubisoft.com and sign in without proxy, then enable proxy, go to chinese site and use store. I think I'll wait for this third one to see if anyone figures out way to english..
Unfortunately I have never tried beta or free trial of 'heroes of might and magic' so it looks like that was the only way to get english.. but we'll see if someone works out a patch or whatever

Először is töltsd le a tartalmakat, majd írd felül a a játék install mappáján belül a vonatkozó almappákba.
Utána a ......documents/My Games/-ben a játék mappáján belül megnyitod a MMH7Engine.ini fájlt jegyzettömbbel, majd a Language=KOR sorban kijavítod az KOR-t HUN-ra, és elmented a fájlt.
Nekem ezután magyar lett.
Köszönet annak, aki felrakta, még pár évvel ezelőtt!!!!

Yup, it worked (still testing)
After few restarts of game, language change to korean (default)
@edit: So I check "READ ONLY" on properties of this file and now it work.

You have to change registry settings. I have Win7 64bit & I did run "regedit" & changed HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/ubisoft/Might and Magic:Heroes VII/Language KOR > INT.

Thanks everyone for the help. Took a few tries to get it right. Using windows 8.1
Try the following steps.
- install the game
- unpack the localization zip file from DaveFerret and replace them on game file.
- set read only on the Defaultengine.ini file in as shown by Lisek445
- change registry setting as shown by MagicDN
alternatively
3.My Games/Might & Magic Heroes VII/MMH7Game/Config/MMH7Engine.ini can be found in document folder which has the language change option.
I think changing registry setting before setting read only will set back the language to default which happened to me.

Where is this MMH7Engine.ini?
I see DefaultEngine.ini and other Default*.ini files, but nothing starting with MMH7...
I am using Windows 10.

There are both files.
The defaultengine.ini is in your uplay folder and includes the "KnownLanguageLocalizationPaths=" as jims wrote above
The MMH7Engine.ini is at "...My Games/Might & Magic Heroes VII/MMH7Game/Config" and includes the part with the Language and AudioLanguage
I am at work so I can´t write the exact path but i found it yesterday when I searched my whole PC for the "My Games" folder.
