You know, doing the most ridiculous things and enjoying the hell out of it.

It's one of those few games where you can pee on cops and not get in trouble.

A game where you can use a cat as silencer and even shot with cats is worth any price

I would say yes, but I guess it depends on your sense of humor.

1. You can piss on everyone including yourself.
2. You can use cat as silencer. Btw, u can piss on cats too.
3. You can complete this game without killing anyone. But you can still piss on people, they will not die.

I can't say anything about graphics, i have played this game a loooong time ago, but i hope you are not a graphicfag and enjoy this beautiful game. CU later, i need to piss on someone.
