Is there any ways to hide the 1P giveaways?

Actually I don't need them and don't want to skip them manually. Is there any ways to hide them? Like, parameters?

Yes, so the one you would be interested in is https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?point_min=2 (or possibly some greater value, your choice)

Although Doshmaku has already answeredyour question, it might also be useful to know that you can filter Give Aways by Level
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?level_min=2

If you want just High Value High Level Give Aways then you can Filter by Point & Level

Level 5 with a 20 point minimum, for example,
