Dont buy on the steam sale get it from humble for 80% off or 83% off with choice.
Was gonna buy to play with friends like a month ago but grabbed it today instead at this price.

I also bought it for that crazy price and I'm sitting here waiting to see if they revoke they keys (I bought 2) or not. It's been 5 days already, how long do they usually take to revoke a price glitched key? I don't even want to install it if I can't be sure I'm keeping it :/
I wonder if waiting 1 or 2 weeks could be enough to be absolutely sure...

I've gotten a copy of XCOM: Chimera Squad (By the same publisher) from a price glitch ($0 from WinGameStore) and until today, it has not been revoked. So the chance of it being revoked is less than none tbh.

I can confirm that the key purchased in Russia is tied to Russia (and CIS).
I know this is not what you were looking for, but still.
