Hey man, sounds like some kind of crazy anomaly. G2A is well known as an honorable, trustworthy company.

Last time I read about this thing someone described the progress of canceling your G2A subscription as like "giving birth to drillings".
You need to go through like 20 steps and be very careful not to press the wrong (sometimes highlighted, sometimes not highlighted) buttons. And there's also some email- waiting-time including and whatnot. Most probably you never actually unsubscribed because you failed at some point during this highly fraudulent unsubscribe process.

best solution for future - when doing any subscription like these do them via PayPal. When you cancel subscribtion on the website you also cancel it manually on your PayPal account. This way even if their try to claim there was some error and you didn't really unsubscribed they can no longer charge you anyway ;) If you do subsctiption with CC you can also cancel it - call your bank or CC company. But making a call, providing all the info proving you are you just to cancel some shitty sub is too much hassle compared to easy paypal one-click disabling active sub ;)

Same for me, you should also cancel the paypal prepayment, to be sure they won't "forget" you cancelled)

I remember adding the free trial of g2a shield. It was a pain in the ass to get rid of it! Try talking with someone in live (always keep copy of conersation) and make clear what you want. Also, if you paid with ppl just open a dispute (if oyu have proof)

True that :/ Since you deleted them you'll have no problem I presume...

if you bought their recent monthly bundle or whatever that was headlined by SUPERHOT & Lords of the Fallen and paid with Paypal, I would suggest that you go into your Paypal account settings and disable the pre-authorized payment entry for G2A just in case (if you haven't already)
A comment from an old thread. I have only the comment saved unfortunately.

There is NO WAY that would happen. Every body knows G2A is a company based in... some fiscal paradise somewhere, that always follows the law (nope) and respects the customer (nope)
They also tried to charge me also after I turned the subscription off. Good thing I previosly told PayPal to stop them
Now think about all the people that they scammed with this. It's probably in the tens of thousands.

You can pretty much guarantee it, and at what $2.50 a time?? That's a decent earner / swindle / scam.
Also, these subscription offers always base the price around the fact that many people will not cancel them, but this seems to be a +1LVL on that lol.

The thing is, I actually made sure to turn the subscription OFF. No chance at all I made a mistake.
The fact that they tried to charge me as if the subscription was active, makes me think it happened to quite a lot of people, that maybe thought they had made a mistake. Many people aren't even going to find out. They are probably making millions with this. And it's not like they have to care about their reputation. They don't have one.

How dare you dare taint the good name of the most honoura....no, even my fingers can't keep a straight face!!

I haven't subscribed, but everything I have bought off them has been at the correct price, as expected and pretty much instantly.
Bundlestars, however, do not seem to trust my money and quite often hold off giving me a key for hours. Not sure what I have done to offend them!

It's well known that g2a does shady ass things, however you should make a thread on r/games about it so it can get some exposure. Perhaps you'll save the same headache from fellow consumers who chose to use g2a.
Also, since you're using paypal, I'd just dispute charges.

cant you create a ticket on PayPal to get the money back?

I'm calling bullshit on that one.
There is no way G2A would ever use such consumer unfriendly tactics , and still charge you for stuff you do not want even after you went trough a 17step verification process that you want to unsubscribe and the only thing that they haven't asked you to do yet , is to go to the Vatican and ask the Pope himself for to get you a permit signed personally by Jesus and his 12 apostilles, that yes you do want to unsubscribe from this service.
And then charge you anyway , cause you know , it says here that your subscription is still active.
No site could afford such horrible PR action and expect people to still use their service cause "is cheaper" .... Right?
