I bought 3 of these bundles for my friends, didn't receive a single key. Also my paypal account didn't charge my wallet for some strange reason, and it looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this issue... Anyone here had this problem?

Purchased one, got an email in a few seconds, activated all keys, I can't complain :)

In seconds I've got my keys (even if I have already some games of this bundle :))) But I haven't receive my paypal confirmation ...
How long does it take for you to have it?

Does anyone know if this is somehow related to HiB? The layout of the site looks very similar.

Bought it, keys came through immediately, though I'm still waiting for my PayPal confirmation as well.

Also, the keys landed in spam. Bit weird... But oh well. I'll activate them this afternoon.

Just to let you guys know, bought this bundle couple of hours ago and just received my PayPal confirmation. Games activated on steam without any problems

well, when I bought my bundle a few hours ago, I received the keys instantly, although it landed in the spam folder. I don't think I got a paypal confirmation email, but then again, I used funds I had on the paypal account instead of debit, so I'm not sure if i should get one.

Bouhgt it about 10 hours ago. Only PayPal confirmation came through. Emailed the people and got nothing back. Emailed again and got nothing back. At least I put the full amount to Child's Play Charity.

EDIT: I see now that they claim a 24-hour response time. Funny how it took them 15 mins to tell me that I need to have a Paypal transaction code but when I sent it to them... nothing. I know it will probably be sorted out but this is really not being managed properly.

My earlier purchases gives me key codes in Spam Folder instantly, but the paypal information are emailed later.

Then my later purchases gives me key codes & paypal information instantly.

Hm :( "My Doodles are Bugged"-key has already been used by another account ... WTF ... no response from support so far.
Anyone else had similar problems ?

the funny thing is ... i hit "Resend Key" on their site ... and in the new email there isn't even the key...all other games but no doodles for me :(

12 hours later... no key.

Bought 2 sets, 1 didn't work. They said they're working on it. 2nd pair worked.
