"Missing base game" bug

Hello,
i just bought the THQ-Collection and I wanted to participate at some giveaways for Darksiders II DLCs, but it always say me that the base game is missing, but i own it. Can I do anything against this? Help Please

Bah, syncing is being annoying for me right now. I keep getting the Private Profile error every time.

But anyway, Sync your account and hope for better luck than me.

Edit - And just tried again, it finally works.

I've found that logging out of Steam anywhere in your browser and then logging in to SG can help by-pass this bug.

i.e. log out of SG / SteamTrades / TF2 Outpost / Steam Store / etc. etc. and then log back into SG. Some of the time it works if I just log out of SG and Store and log back in.
