Noise-Cancelling Earbuds.

Hello there fellow Steamgifts user,

I am looking for cheap noise cancelling earbuds but i haven't been able to find one.
I would love for it to be inside Europe or UK or something so the shipping wont be expensive.
the person who will help me with this gets a card from his/her choise under 0.19 Euro.

Those are noise isolating which is different xP. Noise cancelling is really like this

Why are they so cheap D: wow i thought maybe like 50$ or something. I think theyre noise isolating though :(

Noise cancelling ear buds? Wouldn't that be a misnomer? Over ear Headset's are what is considered noise cancelling. I can't really see earbuds serving that function.
