and yes, the mixed content is a harmless warning that is unrelated to whatever issue you are having. idk what exactly it means, but it's not causing your issues.

Perhaps does your government/employer/ISP block some sites on the internet? Or maybe there is a bad route between you and that server at the moment.
Mixed content is usually not a problem in this case, it means steamgifts pages are encrypted but those images are not.

And Also when i check F12 it says : Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/hSPZA/title' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://weknowmemes.com/generator/uploads/generated/g1412152186739401755.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
the image linked in the case is over HTTP, it isn't hosted on SG so there is nothing SG can do about it. You can request the host (in this case, weknowmemes.com) to start hosting images over HTTPS if you are concerned.

Some gifs i can view but some of them, i cant .When i click the link of gifs to see that on next page i cannot view.it cant see it there either.Only if i use vpn then i can see these gifs
