Yes, but the base price it self seems to have gotten lower, it was 50 euros before, now its 20 euros.

Yes, but is restricted region.

In my country it cost 11.47 USD (We have more better prices in Valve, Rockstar Games and 2K Games). I'm from Chile.

Only appears 20$ on top sellers list. If I click on it it's 50$ - 50% again. On german store it shows the unchanges 50€ even on the top sellers.

It's probably just on a brief delay before reverting back to the original price. The original game is still at $30. On the topic of Max Payne 3, I bought it yesterday and goddamn it's still downloading. Well, I guess it's safe to say they didn't cut any corners.
