There's Super Hexagon, which is the ultimate test of your reflexes. Sports a great chiptune soundtrack, but requires a lot of skill to beat.
Something similar to Super Hexagon, is also Boson X, plays more like a platformer though.

Your profile pic reminded me of this game called Furi. Its a super fast paced strategy type game where your this samurai and you have to beat bosses. It kind of implements rock paper scissors in that one move you use will be incredibly effective against a move they use and vice versa.

I'm DMG and already played multiple times with full global lobbies, still dont see the fast reactions unless awping, that isnt important, im looking for games that require fast reactions such as Velocibox and etc, thanks for your list tho!

Speed runners awesome game, Ring runners looks fun never played, any sonic game on the sega classic packs, bit trip runner you don't control the movement in that just the actions. Crypt of the necrodancer looks soooooo fun and tough but never played. Oh and Surfingers that game is super fast
