Steamgifts Groups

I'm thinking of joining a group, I've digged around these forums, and can't really find anything telling me I should not do it.

Does anyone have any advice on private groups?

My first giveaway wasn't too long ago, so I'm just trying to get an idea of what I'm getting in to.

Public groups are open to everyone, so won't boost your chances greatly, but still help a bit. I recommend joining the official SteamGifts group, Jester Streams and Skullripper Giveaways.
