If you search the secret GA you have to hear things that you can't hear!

I highlighted something in my inspiration post for a hidden hint. You think that was a good one?

It may be confuse even more those who have no idea where to search! It's kinda hard to find a good hint without revealing too much in this case :D

Do we need a special tool to find the secret giveaway?
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't think it's special but using a tool can help :D

can help
So it's not needed, but simply helps find it?
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, my definition of a tool is any software that I need to use with the idea that it would be impossible to solve the puzzle without it. For instance, the rest of the puzzle didn't require any tools.

I tried the most basic softwares I could think of, but nothing yet. :P

Well, Chrome played the video nicely for me, and I wouldn't really call the browser a tool because you could also go for the "without a browser you wouldn't be able to access the page" argument. :P So any software besides the browser.

Ah, chrome has a native mp4 player? I'm playing mp4's in my firefox browser, but it has the VLC icon attached, so I'm assuming it's because I have VLC installed. But Chrome is something you've had to download at one point or another though! And I really doubt Explorer's got the option to play mp4, they usually suck at having good features. :P

I assume so, there isn't anything VLC-related when I play videos on Chrome. I know, but like I said, anything besides browsers. :P

Like nickchanger said secret GA was found by searching the "source of the source" so you msut atleast have an idea where to search!

Solutions
First puzzle:
Find out I was behind the secret puzzle by any means necessary and figure out the anagram "Nordh is alive". People did splendidly.
Second puzzle:
Figure out that the days of the week translated into binary. Remember that if you only have 7 binary numbers, add a 0 at the start. All a-zA-Z0-9 starts with a 0. The week numbers was the order of the translated symbols.
Third puzzle:
The interference in the hologram was morse code. You could either listen to it or just look at it depending on your preference.
Fourth puzzle:
Send an e-mail with "puzzle" in the subject line to an address found "at the source of the source." This is a reference to the site which the hologram is hosted on (the source of the message). If you look at the source code at www.nightcrew.se you can find the correct email. When doing it correctly you received an auto-reply with a link.
Hidden puzzle:
The cleaned up hologram has two audio tracks. If you open it up in a program such as VLC or Windows Media Player you can change the audio track and find another morse code.

Welcome to the Puzzle Agency 10.
You managed to solve the mystery of the hidden messages and thus this thread has unlocked. First I would like to thank the people that helped me in the first part by posting various messages on my behalf. They weren't allowed to take part in the first bit, as it needed to be a secret who was behind the puzzle. They may from now on participate in the event.
Rules
This event is a group puzzle, you may share any information and help each other get through it. However, you may not post direct links or answers to puzzles. Each person will have to manually go through each step of the way. For example, if I were to hide a link somewhere in this text you can say "He's hidden a link between 'For' and 'example'.", but you cannot share that link yourselves.
Rulebreakers will be blacklisted and banned from the event and reported to SG. Any people already on my blacklist are also banned from the event, since most of them have cheated on my events in the past.
I am using SGTools to keep track of progress throughout the event, and to weed out SG rule breakers.
Puzzle / Story
Nordh is alive! So it seems Nordh has been trying to communicate throughout the ages. But how could he have put the same message in a news paper from the mid 1900s as in recent years? Last time you saw him he pushed you through a portal at the top of the pyramid. This was nearly 6 months ago and you've done some research since. Apparently a UFO had been sighted near a pyramid in Egypt at the same time, and you figured Nordh had something to do with it.
As you sit at your desk researching this new lead, the radio suddenly turns itself on.
