New Giveaway/Chat Group

Recently (by recently, I mean 14th June) I've created a group called The Night Owl Gamers, this goal of this group to simply build a fun and healthy community. Feel free to join and inviting your friends would be a huge step forward for us to reaching our next milestone

The main idea of this forum is not actually to advertise, but I wanted to ask if anyone has any unique ideas that could make this group stand out above the rest. Suggestions can be made below or in our chat room or forums on the Official Steam Group.

I can tell you two things, If you make it public like I see you did, you can be happy if 2 people in first few months come to chat and hang out, to make it active, make chat giveaways or set topic to talk about ( chat event). Overall 99,99% people who join you only want FREE games.
Second you can make it private, with less members who will both participate in giveaways and chat, but beware you must apoint few people who you trust to help you manage it. It all depends what kind of group you want to have, make a pool let that be your first topic for your new groupies :D

Thanks for the good reply, our group's chat is surprisingly active with members (We have 19 in there now as I write this and we haven't even had any event today). This group has only done a few giveaways so far but will continue to do more in the future. We have some staff already which so far have been a great help. This group is shaping up to what I hoped it would be nicely :D
