Not an orphan key but an orphan gift, received a copy of Frozen Synapse Prime from a giveaway created by user nemesys350 which is region restricted. He didnt replace game with ROW copy and has refused all contact including taking the game back!. Game doesnt show any region restricted details in my inventory but I'm gonna guess its probably Russian region. So if your in that region reply and I'll add u and send gift. All I ask is if you cannot activate post it back here for someone else to try.

If he still doesn't give you replacement or reroll or delete giveaway, you can tell support you didn't receive the key.
If you give to other ppl, it will not activated in your account (unless you got another FSP)
And i believe it will lead to suspend if you didnt activate a game
