Looking for Overwatch ranked players

I started playing ranked a while ago and it was actually good at first. 10 placement games were fine and then the few games after that. It all went downhill as soon as i deranked to 48. Just today i went from 49 - 40 (back up to 42 atm). I am not saying i deserve to be in rank 60+ or anything but the people in these ranks make it almost impossible to get back up to 50+. There is no teamwork, no communication and best of all when telling your team to group up they go in 1 by 1, die and blame you for not helping.

I figured i might try my luck (since i don't have friends who play this game) on SG since i am on this site almost all the time. If you are rank 40+ (preferably 45+ but as long as the teamwork is good i don't really mind) in EU region add me DgtlM8#2363 on Battlenet. I am versatile with my roles and i don't mind what hero i pick. I do have a few favourites though but they cover pretty much all roles.

What i am looking for are people who want to play ranked, know what they are doing and are able to communicate well and play as a team. For this i would prefer if you had a mic and teamspeak or discord. Having a 5-6 member group would definitely be great but even queing up with that 1 person can make a difference
