  • Monster Monpiece Deluxe Bundle: Recommended for buy-and-player, backlog burner, DLC completionist and collector.
  • Amnesia™: Memories: Recommended for buy-and-player, backlog burner, and collector.
  • Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed Complete Pack: Recommended for buy-and-player, backlog burner, DLC completionist and collector.
  • MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies (Neptunia): Recommended for buy-and-player, backlog burner and collector who don't care about the Deluxe Pack. Not recommended for DLC completionist.
  • Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 Digital Deluxe Edition: Recommended for buy-and-player, backlog burner who don't care about Deluxe Pack (which doesn't affect gameplay). Not recommended for DLC completionist, since Deluxe Pack is missing.

Go watch the anime, then you should be able to play any of the games. 😀

The most important thing is the relationship between the characters and the quirks of each characters, but Re;Birth 1 is rather long, and you won't get to meet all the sisters until 2nd playthrough.

Well, all the Re;Birth games are remake of their respective games on PS Vita, but the first game is changed quite a lot from the original game.

it's supposed to be Rebirth 1 > 3 (2 isn't really necessary) and then VII
need quick step?, You just only need rebirth 1 as introduction, IMHo You can play any other after that

or just OP said watch the anime

Heya, I wouldnt start with the anime, might give you a wrong idea.
However, Re;birth 1 is a perfect starting point, followed by 3 or VII, as Jinkujaku said :)

I caved and picked up Nep 1 and 3, as most seem to agree that 2 is skippable.

Mega Tag is just like IF trying to repeeat Hyper U success but with different Main Chara
Superdimension is kinda political, since NepNep inspired by the unreleased Sega Neptune, and Sega might be like "hey this game was a huge success, why don't we do a joint with them. Just say that the new superdimension chara is related to NepNep because we do our consoles moefication too"

I played both Hyper U and Tagmension, and I'd say the second game has more depth to the combat rather than simply pushing ahead with attack in the first game.

I'd really been hoping for the Deluxe DLC since it's the only part I'm still missing and it'd have been cheaper buying the bundle than buying that DLC on steam. I would have had a sexy giveaway or two on my hands here with the game and other DLC I didn't need, too! XD

It's a good game (and fully voiced in Japanese). Just keep in mind that all possible relationships are damaged in some way and some bad ends in particular may hit close to home if you've experienced the particular problem in that relationship. That'd be my spoiler-free way of putting that there's some triggers there.

My guess is that it's one of the links in the chain of redirects caused by the steamgift's affiliate links. You can disable it in the site option.

There are only so many games published by IF (a number are developed by IF/Compa, but published under Ghostlight). Newer games will probably be included in deeper sales some time later in the year.

I might get this Re:Birth 2 set since the deluxe is all I'm needing and this is STILL cheaper than buying deluxe separately. Also, this seems one of the on-steam bundles where even if you own one of the items (here the main game) of the bundle it still charges you full price for the bundle, whereas most other bundles only charge the bundle price of what you don't own to complete the set.

It includes all the DLCs for Re:Birth 2 though.

The Deluxe Pack separately occasionally goes on sale for $5 (or $4.50 if in the above bundle), which is a little cheaper than getting it now. Of course, you don't get another copy of the base game.

Also since this wasn't listed on the parent game, how'd you find it? Via Steam DB? Teach me your wizardry! I've not even had my steam account for a year yet haha.

You can usually find the bundles a product is in on their store pages. Here's the store page for the Deluxe Pack DLC:

However, store pages only list 3 steam bundles maximum, so the one with the Deluxe Pack DLC isn't listed on Re;Birth2's store page :/

This DLC doesn't go on sale often, last time it was -50% was during last year's Christmas sales. You'll probably have to wait until the Autumn sales (so Late November) before it's on sale on Steam again.

If you haven't played any of the other games, the joke will be lost on this one. Basically, it's a game with story centered on Noire. Most of the new characters are exclusive to this game only.

This is grid-based turn-based strategy game - not the normal roaming then encounter fight like in Re;Birth. There are technical issue with the game (freeze/crash) - which differs from machine to machine, so save often when you play.
