Basically, the point is, that from the beginning they meant to make one large game, but since they have ran into trouble of finding a publisher they have decided to basically cut the game into three individual parts which will be released chronologically. You will be obviously able to buy all three parts separately for much less (I expect price around 30bucks for each). It is also important to emphasize, that each part consists of approximately 30 hours of gameplay in main story line (and since the game is open world, probably much more if you want to explore everything).

Bear in mind that according to what they wrote they can't guarantee they will actually make acts 2 and 3. Its much safer and cheaper to buy them if and when they come out. So pay howmuch you want to support the game development and the kickstarter, and better buy the other chapters when they come out.
Sorry if this seems like talking people out of buying it, its just the fine print that has to be read, but if people want to support the development team it shouldn't be an issue

I got a reply regarding my question on these "Acts". This is what they wrote (very cool they replied so fast btw).
Thank you for your interest in our game.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Act I, as it is planned, is a full scale, stand-alone game. It has 30+ hours of gameplay, complete open world map, all quests and closed story line. Most (if not all) game mechanics described here will be included: horse riding, combat, castle sieges, there will be at least one large-scale battle. Acts II & III extend the story, add new environment in separate maps, new quests, gear and weapons. They will also add new quests to the map of Act I. It will be possible to travel between maps of all Acts, some quests will require you to visit all of them.
We definitely intend to make Acts II & III and release them as soon as possible. However, our funding and schedule does not reach past first Act. We will finalize our plans for the release of Acts II & III when we get closer to the release date of Act I. For these reasons we don’t want to offer and promise them as a Kickstarter reward in their own right. We want to use them as a token of our gratitude to higher tiers backers, but you should think about it more like 100% discount offer than a guaranteed reward.
You can of course buy Acts II and III once they are released.
This question has been added to the FAQ on Kickstarter now ;)

Felt the same, but then I read the FAQ and it makes a lot of sense, but I think they should add it as a big stretch goal, but not for the lower tiers.
But even if not, that's actually the first game I really want to back up :D

The writer of Mafia 1+2 is making this so i'm pretty sure it will be a word to word copy of Henryk Sienkiewicz books and Alois Jirásek novels and such without any sense.

that's like saying Heroes of Might and Magic is the same as Warcraft, it looks more like a mix between Skyrim, Witcher and Chivalry.
