Some guy randomly added me as a friend on Steam, lulz ensued

The conversation went as follows:

Me: "Hello! What can I do for you?"

Him: "nothing much just letting u know uve ben blacklisted for dishonestly"

Him: "say goodbye to steam discounts etc"

Me: "...What?"

He deleted me immediately afterward. I assume he was someone from SteamTrades, but I haven't really had any problems with anyone there thus far. Furthermore, I'd never dealt with this fellow before.
