Hello everyone! I have a serious problem...this...it seems like those blue pixels appear on my monitor while in-game (can't run too many games lately though) or browsing and I don't know the cause nor the solution. If anybody can lend me a hand here I would really appreciate. The video card I use is kinda old...its a ATI Radeon HD 4350 and I have to say this is not something new. It happen to me before but disappeared after a while but now I want to find a solution.

Obligatory, "are your drivers up to date?" query.

Edit: I'm also on a shitty monitor at work, where are the pixels in question? I don't see anything noticeable

As other have suggested, it may be your monitor or monitor cable if you're the only one seeing the pixels.

Try to plug and unplug the video cord, maybe is your monitor that's old too, but old Video cards tend to rust in the PCI/AGP or video connection, also PCI/AGP motherboard connection can too.

Edit: I don't see any blue pixels too, so what monitor you have?

I can't see anything out of ordinary in your screenshot. Can you outline parts where those blue pixels appear?
One possible cause may be your cables. Did you try it with a different monitor?
