Steam not working properly???

Steam services are screwed up at the moment. I'm logged into the client but it won't log me into the individual store, community, and profile pages within the client :(

steam web api down until a couple minute ago, steam client using steam web api to connect i think, and because its down, it make an error

first: region locked.
second: keys are tradable after a week.
third: worst sale ever.
fourth: no more dota2 items drop
and now: This F*cking shit

Same here, it seems the client dont auto log into the community server, when i go to STORE or INVENTORY or try to vote the CLIENT (not the browser) ask me to log in and detect as im try to do on a new device, that is why the client ask for de security code they send to the mails, but if you do that then you cant trade for 7 days.

synchronization doesn't work too!! D:
