Ouya wasn't an official part of E3 but they had stuff setup outside.

For me...
I was definitely disappointed about the lack of Beyond Good & Evil 2, but hopefully it's just biding its time.
I guess Ouya had a presence, but unless I specifically sought it out, it wasn't anywhere to be seen or heard.
Cloud gaming (such as OnLive) seems to have packed it in, other than cloud saves. Not sure whether that's just because it's still not ready for prime time, or if it's because no one cares to invest in it (or both) -- it could've been a half-convincing talking point for a reason for the Xbox One's always-connected- and assumed-broadband-ness.
