I really need some help from support of sg. Hey guys, I understand that you have a plenty of user complains and problems but I feel that I am completely forgotten. I am waiting about a week with a case where the time is important.

ouch, i am patient but little upset either. This case is unusual, i think. I thought that a week is a long time. I will wait if i have to but... :(

You've got to remember that they're just volunteers helping out. They can only be expected to do so much in a certain timeframe. You've just got to be patient.

Support takes time. Sometimes other people can't instantly fix your problems. The support team works very hard to keep this site running.

Thank you for your concern! I want to say that i am patien and I understand their work and i know they can have now heavy load. Just... I just lost my hope. And some guy involved in case because of me either. But we will wait if have to. Thank you, that's all folks. Do not continue this topic. It's not important for our forum. Bye
