The problem is when i want to add the giveway's name in the ticket the system cant find it, but if i still try to add a new giveway with the game i can.

I think was my mistake, I thought that I had to put the name of the game in the box that said "Select a Giveaway". I don't understand how work the ticket system here (and my english is terrible)

Of course you have to type user's nick manually. It will also make it easier for support if you will put a GA link in the description.

Last time I reported someone was months ago and support hasn't closed the ticket yet. Blacklist the user or warn him that he's breaking the rules and move on.
