What is the cheapest thing you have seen on the steam store that is not free, the cheapest thing I saw was the Just Cause 2 DLC being 75% off making it 0.24, has anything ever gone cheaper?

Cheapest thing I've seen was some train simulator DLC for -1 RUB (about $-0.04) during this Winter Sell. It even said 100% off on it's page. Although it was a glitch because 10 minutes later it was back to 66% off or something like that.

The pack contained 5 games so if you do the math that's ~.35 per game.
