Picking and choosing winners based on your personal views and suspicions of them sort of defeats the purpose of doing public giveaways with randomly generated winners.
Also, having stats like that definitely isn't a reliable indicator of whether he'll play the game or click that he received it. People who've done a lot of giveaways and made a lot of comments could just as easily enter for games they have no intention of playing too.
