So, I can buy bundle with paypal, bitcoin and/or dig points. I can buy dig points with paypal, bitcoin and/or credit card. But, I can't buy bundle directly with credit card. How about that?

You can top-up your account with a credit-card and use the credit to purchase BitCoin, etc.

I am aware of that and of course it affects me, when I bought or earned bitcoins before the recent
price increase, I'll get the same dollar value for less btc, thus making it even more attractive
to pay with bitcoins.

Yeah, you're probably using coinbase, bitpay or a similar service, so btc is only used for the transaction,
and you instantly get the cash in dollars, which is actually great considering that bitcoin is very volatile. Anyway,
for me as a customer, the fees would probably outweigh the benefits if I bought 1.49 worth of bitcoin for every small
purchase, so I usually earn or buy btc when its price is low to store them and spend it when it (relatively) high.
I just wish I had bought a larger amount of BTC when its price was lowest around $180/1BTC. :-)

And I can confirm it works well. Just bought the bundle by sending over $1.49 worth BTC from coinbase.
After a small initial shock that DIG wouldn't let me register for an account because they neither heard of
the email nor the btc-address I used for the purchase, I got another email after which it worked, with my two
bundles already waiting for me. Now I just need to figure out - since I got a DIG account now - if any of those
things in the point shop are worth getting a few points as well, it looks to me like most of those games have
been given away for free at some point.
