I didn't like the game :/, once the game got price glitched, I immediately sold it and got 1 TF2 key. Now the game cost like 2 ref. Since it's so cheap just give to to a friend who is dumb and dosen't have much experience with steam, and they will think you got them a really expensive gift. Or just gift it to a random person.

If you're not sure, I would trade it. If you enjoyed playing Tropico or other sims in the past, I would give it a try. I can't say if it's good or not, I haven't played this part yet. Maybe you should check out some reviews.
