I don't think a steering wheel will be really all that playable unless you stick to third person mode due the the lack of oversight on traffic and the need to constantly look around.
That being said, I'm secretly hoping that it becomes possible to actually shift gears while driving instead of just holding the gas pedal down non stop, the details inside cars are amazing and when driving in first person mode it does simulate the real experience rather well if I say so myself.

After spending some time on the steam forums, reddit and rockstar, i really wanted to come here and ask for your oppinions. Having in mind that GTA V supports first person view while driving and the car control seems to be really nice, is it worth using a wheel for driving or would you stay on the keyboard/mouse control? And for the few of you who managed to install a steering wheel and made it work, did you use an emulator or something like that?
