There is only one dlc of Mafia 2 can be selected in create a giveaway option.

I don't know how to trade it and i heard there are dodgy people that try and cheap you so i am scared. also my friends don't want it for some reason. is it a bad game ?

Trade is based on trust.
You can only trade to someone who have good enough trade feedback.
For example, if you just want a GA record +1, I can trade you my CK2. Then I got my Mafia 2 and you giveaway CK2 instead.
That's what I did before.
BTW, this method is highly risked because in most situations, you can not guarantee if traded key that you using for giveaway is valid.

Mafia II is on my wishlist...stinks that you can't give it away normally. Some people do raffles for stuff like that. Pick a number from 1-100, and when it's full they draw a number from random.org.

Ok, what to do with it. You don't wanna trade and you're on steamgifts. So let's assume you wanna give it away :D
You could:
- do a keydrop (if it's a key) in a thread you really want to support so you'll be sure someone lurking the forum will get it (mostly more active members, less leechers).
- Make a puzzle on itstoohard; completing the puzzle will give you a instructions to email you to a (new!) hotmailadress or something; you'll randomly pick one of the mailers as the winner of Maffia.
- make us beg endlessly
- do a raffle

you may want to save for a group. peoples from some groups are way more thankful than average which makes you feel much more happy for doing your giveaway... even if the giveaway are not their wishlisted game.

I'll totally giveaway there because those groups do A LOT from themselves...
I myself have many groups that almost the same people are there... like charitable losers, aurorable's list, bundle addicts anonymous, weird biased gamer and so on...
To do a group giveaway, you must be in that group on your steam account.
Once you're in, just create a giveaway and select "whitelist/steam groups" on 6. Who can enter on giveaway page.
There you go. A long list of your steam groups will appear and only people on that group can enter in your giveaway.
