Here's a solid advise, Karrie. The community here is mostly nice and friendly, the only thing that angers it this much is seeing someone intentionally insult another user. If you want to clear your name, be nice and active in the forum. A thread like this isn't helping, because we are used to the occasional "UnBL me and I'll UnBL you" thread.

Most of the time the main problem is (including in this thread) that people bring up past mistakes and think that it's good behaviour, but that means that the owner of the thread gets like 10 comments at least saying how he/she is a bad person and so the witchhunt begins. All those comments get OP riled up and he/she tends to make things worse after all the abuse...
Imagine a group of children ganging up on one kid and pointing and laughing. There just comes a point when that one kid will flip and make things even worse.

I was unaware I was removed from a group for giveaways after a group rule change. I was still entering GAs, as I did not know how the site worked fully as of yet. I was a bit distraught being rerolled after winning a game. However, I listened to what the community had to say. I learned syncing my account and the such. The community here is amazing from what i've experienced and if there is any backlash/negative comments, it usually means a user is getting called out. Albeit being childish, negative, rude etc..
If users listen and respect the responses that are given, they could be part of this positive community.

I made it till level 5 in one month.At first I didnt know what exactly steamgifts was and I raged a little but leveling my account was much funnier than winning games and I realised that giving away games was even much cooler.So I am gonna make a whitelist from the people who comment here and give me a nice song or a cool joke and make 1 giveaway.sorry for bad englando..Miar miarrrrrr
