Suggestion: Add Middle East + Africa to region lock presets on SteamGifts

Currently 8 region lock presets exist in SteamGifts:

• Europe - Humble Bundle
• Europe - Steam
• Hong Kong + Taiwan (only 2 countries)
• North America (only 2 countries: Canada and USA)
• RU + CIS (12 countries)
• Saudi Arabia + United Arab Emirates (only 2 countries)
• SEA (6 countries)
• South America

And as you can see, at least 3 of them is a combination of only 2 countries - which doesn't really needs a saved preset.
Selecting 2 countries takes a trivial amount of time.

At the same time, more and more games are given away with Middle East + Africa region lock, which includes approximately 65 countries.
And is a real chore to fill out.
But it's lacking from the list of region lock presets.

So I'm suggesting to add Middle East + Africa to the list of region lock presets.
