Train Simulator 2012 is just ridiculous

I was checking the daily deal, usually when i buy a game on sale i already buy it complete so i don't have to wait for another sale, it turns out this game has 99 dlc, none of them are discounted (except for zombie one xD), and they amount to over 1800 US$! :P
no one will ever buy this game like this. what are your thoughts on this matter?
