As you can see in the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/E25uuDI.png , it sais that I have to wait one week before I can trade a tf2 key just bought from the market. Any idea why?

Because this is a new restriction implemented by Valve a while ago, as a futile attempt at eliminating scammers.

rather as an attempt to stop ppl from trading and get them to buy games directly from steam store ;)

I didn't use the trade function too much after the russian store restrictions and I only knew about the 2 weeks steam guard rule. Thank you! :)
