i used it today, and it worked fine as always. bought 5 games and 1 dlc, and i had all games right after payment. my guess is, that those games get bought quite a lot right now, and there is just a little delay (maybe they need to activate a new batch of keys, or whatever).

It worked. Just needed time, must be high demand :)

You have to use the VPN to download and install the game, after you've done so create a Desk-Short short-cut
Create "steam_appid".txt where the Game .exe is with the number in the Short-cut (Make it Read Only!)
Deactivate VPN
Restart Steam
add steam game and chose ""game"" .exe

that shuold work (worked for me with Kane & Lynch Complete Edition)

It's non region locked so i wouldn't need to do that. Plus i can't install a game that it hadn't gave me yet haha

but if the buy is region locked your game is also region locked!

My purchase, since i've gotten and are downloading the game, proves otherwise. This would be the case if i were doing it on Steam which i'd never do. Nuuvem is a third party site like GMG...ect. My theory is it's not available in the UK due to tax prices but this doesn't mean the game itself will be region locked.

Same thing happened to me today (Saw and Silent Hill).. waited more than hour, then I got their transaction report on mail and the games appeared in their library. Delay is strange, I got transaction report from paypal immediately after purchase, but for some reason I had to wait for nuuvem.
I bought lego pack yesterday and it went just fine, I don't know why are they fucking with us today.

I was going for silent hill too but i wanted to test the vpn out with just saw incase it didn't work. It's worked now, delay is strange haha!

I'm not sure why you're going through a VPN though. I just bought a copy of Saw last night from them and didn't need to use a VPN. (I'm in Canada)

Tempted to buy Saw, how much did it work out to with the currency exchange/paypal exchange fee? <$1.98 or so? Only asking because I have $1.94 Canadian in my Paypal... and 4 cents USD (which might be worth 5 cents at the current exchange rates!... lol)

Never actually used Nuuvem before, but was kinda interested in the whole Lego Bundle.
Do they only take paypal?
Or is paypal the only way to use hola (seeing if i do try to use Nuuvem, i'm gonna be subject to same region-restrictions)?
Thanks in advance for any replies (sorry OP for the hijacking btw :P).

They have the LoTR games for sperate purchase on sale right now. I, personally, have only used paypal but i do think they accept credit cards/visa...ect. Foreign cards might raise issues though/flag their system.
Haha, happy to help :)

She in pointing to her right, is this an attempt at a pun!?
Although, probably not intended :P

Hmm, this Hola thingy works nicely. Thanks for the heads up and Silent Hill: Homecoming :)

From what it looks like, they are ROW keys. You might get banned from nuuvem (and be forced to make a new account) but Steam doesn't care where you got the legitimate ROW key if it activates on Steam WITHOUT a VPN.

From reading the "Is this Legit" section of the FAQ on their site, they explain their business model. They compare themselves to other stores like GMG where they get the keys directly from the developers or publishers, so they're legit keys and not trades or anything like that.
Using Hola to get around region restrictions for purchase on a non-region locked game isn't going to cause problems when you activate it on Steam. If publishers were truly worried about people buying it from other regions then the game itself would be region locked, too. So far I haven't seen this being a problem.
Using Hola to get around region activation restrictions on Steam, has come back to bite people in the past. So, I'd advise only buying games that are not region locked after activation.
And this advice only applies to games purchased on sites like Nuuvem or GMG. Steam store has their own rules, now, and they're a lot more strict (probably due to volume)

+1 i'd never do it on Steam for fear of my account being banned. What's my Nuuvem account being banned when i already have the steam key activated?

i'm brazilian and already bought in this site. So sometines you have to wait 1 day to games appear on your library.
They have to process your payment...some kind of bureaucracy :p

I used Argentina too. I think the Brazil works if you log into your account, pre vpn, then use the vpn and commence purchase.

thanks for recommending Argentina > had to click checkout with
paypal multiple times but got the window then working and the game ofc. :D

I went to buy Saw off of Nuuvem but it said 'it's not available in your region'. The game isn't region locked so i used a VPN, Hola to be specific, that allowed me to purchase the game. The transaction went through and i was charged. I, however, do not not have the game. Have i done something wrong? (apart from bypassing the whole not available in your region haha)
If you look at my transactions on the site, it appears and says completed:
http://gyazo.com/e26a152e0ce808109db6473b10b1c566
Yet, if you look at my game library, the game is not there nor did i get an email confirming the order (Except the paypal email of the charge)

Anyone run into this problem before? I actually just missed the Lego bundle which i was going to do the same thing for. Kinda glad i didn't if there's error in my method.
