I believe this is a problem with steam's api, not steamgifts.

I don't think it's API related at all, it's really more of a mapping thing of what to highlight on the SG site. SG has logic to detect if you own the games in a Humble Bundle so that it doesn't allow you to enter that giveaway - AFAIK this mapping is done on SG, not through a Steam API. It would be the same type of deal with this - but I'm pretty sure that a script could be written to parse Steam game bundle pages (i.e. store.steampowered.com/sub/####) to identify which ones have 1 game and map that to the id of the normal game (which can be put on a wishlist) - if the admins wanted to automate this mapping instead of manually entering it. Once that mapping is built - then SG can highlight single game bundles that map to games on your wishlist.

Looks like this was implemented in an update of the Wishlist search.

Right now I have Borderlands 2 on my wishlist.
Borderlands 2 giveaways highlight correctly.
Borderlands 2 GOTY giveaways do not highlight and it doesn't appear that you can add them to your wishlist.
It would be nice if single game bundles that are for a game on your wishlist were highlighted as if they were on your wishlist.
