Change the i7 to an i5 so you could use more money for the graphics card. Also, try to build your own PC. It's quite easy to build one and it's cheaper too :P

isnt i5 slower than i7 ? and if i change would it affect the gameplay of some games?

i5 is more than enough for gaming. Use i7 for like video or photo editing cause of the hyperthreading

no it is not slower at least not for gaming (i7 HT is more for video editing and such)
gaming would not be affected.
But if you took i5 instead of i7 you can get a better graphics card for same amount of money in total.
Better graphics card = better gaming so it would be better for gaming overall instead.

H55,3770 and 16 gigs of ram are over kill.

If you want to overclock you will need an K series processor or if you dont want to overclock an H77 mobo.

You can get an evo 212 for cheaper/better price.

In my personal opinion I wold take an 7870 because I think its on sale of you live in us.

If you want to get the best prices I recomand to visit pcpartpicker.com

Because the 660 is terrible. The 660ti is the bomb.

That's why I and P4IN recommend switching the CPU to an i5 to spend more on the graphics card.

The word you are looking for is custom-built. Pre-built are for casuals buying bundles of adware.

But they have terrible spec. It`s waaaay better to build then buy a prebuild. And building is easy.

I think you should build your own. It's actually pretty simple, and it's a lot of fun. This is a pretty good guide All you really have to do is plug everything together. There isn't anything much more complicated than screwing some screws in. Just don't be too rough on the parts and you'll be fine.

  • That build isn't bad but like others suggested the i7 isn't necessary. i5-3570k is pretty popular in r/buildapc for gaming pc's.

  • Watercooling wouldn't be necessary, but if your'e planning on overclocking it could be nice.

  • The RAM is overkill, 8GB is plenty.

  • Use the money saved to upgrade the graphics card. Use this as a reference

Watercooling is not for beginners to overclocking. You are running water around electronics.

A closed loop system could be OK for beginners. A closed loop system is pretty safe as long as it's installed correctly.

Edit: If OP does decide to build the PC himself I would stay away from water cooling.

if you're planning on getting 16gb of ram make sure you have an 64 bit operating system or it would be a waste of money :p

Whats your budget? You should be looking at a 4670k, a quality Z87 board, and a 760/770 at the very least. You can also get a better SSD.

Waste more money on graphics card instead of processor in gaming PC, like ppl said before, instead of 3770K get and i5 3570K, so you can spend more money to buy one of these cards 660 ti or 760, 7950, 670, 7970 I don't know how much cost in your country, see if motherboard have Crossfire and SLI support, so you can put 1 or 2 video cards more in future instead of buying a new PC, and at least a 750W good Power supply is great too for this. If you buy 8gb instead of 16gb will be a good saving too, you don't need more than 8gb now for nothing.

750W is definitely not necessary, ~550W will be plenty (though it definitely needs to be high quality.) I run a 4670k (mildly overclocked to 4 GHz) with a GTX 760, SSD + 4 hard drives and I don't even hit 300W of power usage under heavy load. Even my old q9550 + GTX 260 system only maxed out at about 330W.

you don't need that much ram. 8 gb is enough. spend that money elsewhere

For gaming 8 gigs of ram is fine anything else is never going to be used unless you do heavy HD video editing. Same with the CPU a i5-3570 or Fx-8350 will be great for gaming. Also, don't bother getting a custom CPU cooler if you are not going to overclock. As for a GPU you might want to get something stronger then a Gtx 660 if you want max everything. Try this site if you wish to see a list of how how strong most GPUs are.
