The last one I watched that may or may not be done is Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! Hopefully it has a second season (and more), 'cause it is ridiculously good and cute and funny for how horrifically creepy the subject matter really ought to be.
The last one I watched that is definitely over and done with is Trigun, one of my favorite anime and manga series ever. The manga a good bit more than the anime, but the show is definitely still pretty great. Got the whole series from my girlfriend for my birthday a few years back, and I pull it out to rewatch every now and again.

Rewatched Robotic Notes (^^) still as good as I remember. I love catching little details I missed. I'm thinking of doing my 3rd re-watch of Mushishi

Been a long time since I've watched any, but probably either Keijo or Valkyrie Drive Mermaid. Tried to get into Yuri Kuma Arashi, but it was too weird and ritualistic, and I like weird!

Megalo Box too. I liked it for the art style more then anything, just because it obviously got inspired by cowboy bebop.
The story isn't bad, but nothing stellar either, i forgot the last time i saw anything this predictable. Still way better then most anime nowadays (ive been out of the loop, but outside one punch man and little witch academia everything i looked at was cliched, bad, etc).
Btw anyone has good recomendations? Im not into shounen and prefer more mature anime- i liked Trigun and Tenjou Tenge at some point, dbz and yu yu hakusho as a kid (but i wouldn't like then as much now), but thats about it as far as Shounens go(unless gantz is considered shounen, idk).
I loved Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Gantz, Cromartie High School, Paranoia Agent, Monster and One Punch Man (and evangelion). Lain was soso. Also movies like ghibli, paprika, tokyo godfathers... anything along those lines from the past years i might like?

If you liked One Punch Man, Mob Psycho 100 is a no-brainer, it's simply amazing

I may sound quite old, since I am definitely old, but here in Italy we luckily had a golden age of anime in my teens and I watched tons of them back then, the last one of them I finished was Wolf's Rain.
Eventually, after many years of zero-TV-watching (actually more than 10 years), I found a girlfriend who happens to like TV series, movies and anime too, so we're watching again Great Teacher Onizuka these weeks, which is as amazing as I remember it back in 2003.
But unfortunately yeah, we have to go back to Wolf's Rain.. then a huge black hole (i.e.: depression, university, depression, work, new interests and so on =P) came and I know nothing about all the superheroes of these years or even the anime you're all mentioning ç_ç
Obviously, apart what jimnorth wrote. Fuck, Trigun is amazing from the opening to its last episode. Hell, I know Trigun a lot! Not my first favourite but for sure among the first 5-6 ever!

I really enjoyed the Aincrad Arc of Sword Art Online so i watched the new series SAO: Alicization but it was a huge letdown for me.
Also i'm watching Mob Psycho season 2 at the moment with the usual One Piece since 2008. Both awesome but doesn't match the criteria finished.

Before yesterday, I finished Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online
I was bit of excited after watching the first ep, at first i thought, it would be like sao but it's not, so i kinda like it the storyline, artwork and everything but it was so predictable that it spoiled my enjoyment since i could guess everything that would happen in next ep and how would the story will end, that's why i had to gave it 6/10 rating.
Currently, I'm watching The Magician's Bride, and it seems so damn awesome, hope it won't be a letdown.

I rewatched K project a few weeks ago. Other than that, it would have to be Samurai Champloo but that was probably more than a year ago now.

Darling in the Franxx - poor copy-paste from Evangelion, they shamelessly stole Aska’s number (02/002), the design and name of the early prototype Ayanami Rei (Yu Ichigo) cockpit, Angels (dragons) and how they die, the underground city, the red sea, the whole history of the world along with the series in which it is told, the series where Shinji got inside the Angel, the Berserk Evangelion mode and the fact that the Evangelins were made from the material of those with whom they fight ... But in Franxx there are assholes they are even in the usual transport model plastic ass. Franks - the usual mediocre crap with problems in the plot, character, action, while so brazenly stealing other people's work, that I am shocked

Yakusoku no Neverland
Good start, some cliches, some entertaining performances and clunky end of the season. Not bad at all.
Season 2 of Mob-100 looks like eaten by OnePunchMan. Difference between Season 1 and OPM was much bigger, now the whole second part of season - some superheroic conveyour, way too trivial and copied.

Aaaaaannnnnnd I'm at it again. This time the topic is anime series.
What was the last one you watched from start to finish? It has to be one that ended and has no more seasons coming that we know of.
Last one I watched, and I admit I watched it on cartoon network, was Megalo Box. DAMN that was amazing. Art style was reminiscent of Cowboy Bebop. Even the way the episodes ended with the iconic message on the bottom of the screen.
Wish there would be a second season.
