Dunno, coal is usually mined. Not farmed.

if my friends gave me their coal and i take coal from my other steam account ( i have 2 )

I doubt they'd worry about such a minor situation, but if you're using 2 accounts to get coal then they may eventually step in.

yeah i'm in the same situation. i had an older account and i wasn't able to access it,so i had to make a new account.then, valve re-acctivated my older account and i'm using it to get some coal( just the steam achieviement since there's only half life 2 on it). i dont want to be banned for that,after all they re-acctivated my account, i dont see why i can't use it. and i have a friend and my girlfriend who gave me their coals too.
