I wanna buy the new Operation for CSGO, but for some damn reason Steam doesn't accept my Credit Card. It doesn't even accept it through Paypal (where it's confirmed). It used to be work fine, but not anymore. It doesn't even give me the option to use PSCs. Anyways, my last resort is to buy a Steam Wallet Code (just a 5 Euros one will be fine). Does anyone know of any trusted site or Ebay/Amazon seller from which/whom I can buy them?

Don't have a supermarket nearby or something? I know Walmart and some movie/video game retailers have Steam wallet cards. Only as low as $20, I think.

It applies in the U.S. but I'm not so sure about Greece.

Yeah, I figured that was the case... well, I don't know any reliable sites for it. Maybe Amazon would have a good seller for it, but I'm not sure which.

Yeah, we don't have shops that sell these as far as I know. I guess I'll go with amazon, but I still do some searching to be sure about other options. Thanks anyways.

I'd be real careful with amazon since they charge more then the cards worth.

Never used it but it's definitely paypal so probably legit. $20 is sold out all the time, though.

I live in Greece, so I need to get it with Euros. The German store sells 20 Euros Codes, but will it work despite me living in Greece?

I don't see why not, the only thing that would logically matter is the currency. I'm not 100% sure though so I'd recommend looking into that yourself.

PayPal-Gifts is a US store, so only Americans can use it.

There's an option in the top right to change your country, which I assume is what OP referred to.

I think Steam cards are not region-locked. Your credit gets converted in the currency of your wallet.

Doesn't Amazon overprice their cards? Last I checked their $20 cost $25 and their $50 was $55.

Every legit reseller overprices the cards since that is their cut from these. Only some large American retailer chains get them at a small discount. But on the internet, these are mostly used by people in countries who cannot use credit cards or PayPal.

I walked into GameStop and got a $20 card for $20. No taxes or anything. How do they even make money off of that if Steam gets all the money?

Valve is sacrificing some of its standard 15/30% (market/store) profit to sell them in large bulks. Don't forget, if you add money to that wallet, you'll spend it at their store. This security is worth the somewhat smaller profit margin because money sitting at that wallet is often a good incentive for people to spend it.

On Tremorgames.com you can buy Steam Wallet codes. I do it all the time. You can buy them with points, or you can buy points with Paypal.
