Yes it is allowed, as long as it wasn't given away for free. Some paid DLC's, like some Gotham City Imposter DLC's, were given away for free but listed as paid DLC on Steam Store. They aren't allowed to be given away.

Try typing "Dinosaurs Deck" rather than "Solforge"
On the Steam store page of this DLC it's just called Dinosaurs Deck, so I guess that's why you can't find it when typing Solforge.

Ha, couldn't check myself since all my slots are currently filled ^^

Typically less. GameFAQs, SteamGifts, sometimes a Fanfiction.net page if I'm reading something at the time, or a Imgur / Booru tab instead if image browsing.

Seriously, I have no idea how you do this.
Currently I have 20 tabs open, in 4 different browser windows. And that's a pretty average number of tabs for me, sometimes I have many more open.

The only way I'd ever have that many open is for material.

Hey guys, I just started here a couple of days ago and have an old bundle key I want to throw on the list, but I'm not entirely sure if it meets the requirements. The FAQ says that 'beta' keys aren't allowed, but I have a key for an early access game's paid DLC... is that allowed? The base game is free but the DLC isn't, so I'm not sure what category that would fall into.
Thanks~
